Womaste Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Returns Policy

  • Return requests can be placed within 5 days of delivery.
  • If a package or product appears to be damaged on delivery, you may refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery partner. Further, please write to us at support@womaste.com mentioning your Order ID.
  • In case of damaged products, a replacement will be sent without any additional costs.
  • In case you wish to return the product for any other reason, you may raise a return request through the Return option in the My Orders section.
  • Once a return request has been raised, the product will be picked up from your doorstep by our delivery partner.
  • Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium such as email, Facebook/Instagram chats, or phone calls.
  • If, due to any circumstances, you are unable to return the product to the delivery partner even after 2 attempts of collection, you will not be able to claim a refund, and the amount will only be refunded to you in Womaste credits which you can use for your future purchases with Womaste.
  • Please note that all returns will be subjected to quality check processes either by our delivery partner or by Womaste personnel at our warehouse. Womaste reserves the right to deny any refunds in case it is evident that the product has been tampered with/damaged/washed/dry cleaned/used, original tags have been removed, or a wrong product has been sent back.
  • Please ensure that you mandatorily collect a receipt (physical or digital) after handing over a return product to the delivery partner. In cases of lost shipments, the receipt will be used as a proof of return.
  • Refunds will only be made via Womaste store credits.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the product has been received by our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests can be placed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange requests can be placed through the Exchange option on the My Orders page.
  • The product will be picked up from your doorstep by our delivery partner.
  • Once the product has been delivered to our warehouse, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
  • Please note that all exchange requests will be subjected to quality check processes either by our delivery partner or by Womaste personnel at our warehouse.
  • Womaste reserves the right to deny any refunds in case it is evident that the product has been tampered with/damaged/washed/dry cleaned/used, original tags have been removed, or a wrong product has been sent back.
  • If you would like to exchange your product for another product of a higher amount, you will be issued a coupon equivalent to the amount of the returned product. You can use the coupon to offset the amount of your purchase of the item requested in exchange.
  • If you would like to exchange your product for another product of a lower price, the difference between the two amounts will be refunded only in the form of Womaste credits.
  • Return or exchange of the new product (the one received in exchange for the returned product), is not possible.
  • No discounts will be offered on the exchange order.
  • Refunds will only be made via Womaste store credits.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only within the first 48 hours of the order placement.
  • If an order is cancelled within the first 48 hours of placement, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will only be made via Womaste store credits.
